The team/staff at Integrity Christian Academy are highly trained and passionate individuals. They come together, in unity, to help students find success. The staff are required to update CEU hours each year and gain relevant new training to remain effective to the current generation. Each member of the team, whether lead teacher or monitor, are allowed to use fun/creative tools to ensure the students have a great time while learning.
Together, the ICA staff, work together to encourage learning for their education – but, also for their future. The Life Skills sessions shine the light on entrepreneurship and life goals. The entire staff focus on a firm, but loving, response to today’s issues for children of all ages. The ICA team realizes that children are not robots and the path of learning may be different for each – but, all deserve the chance to reach the destination. This is a dedicated team of God loving adults who want to see all children find their individual success. This group, through continued education and advancements, are willing to serve in their community in an educational atmosphere to make a difference.
